- We act as a reseller of virtual coins and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the streaming platforms mentioned.
- Our services are available to users aged 18 and above or with parental consent.
2. Orders and Payments
- All orders must include a valid User ID for the target streaming platform.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store card details.
- Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, Telecel Cash), bank transfers, PayPal, and international cards.
- Orders are confirmed after payment verification by our team.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Delivery
- Coin delivery is processed within 1 to 5 minutes after payment verification.
- GetItX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect User IDs provided by the customer.
- Delivery is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if coins were not delivered due to an error on our part.
- No refunds will be issued for orders where an incorrect User ID was provided.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order.
- To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
5. Prohibited Activities
- You may not use our platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
- Chargeback abuse or attempting to reverse legitimate payments is strictly prohibited.
- You may not resell coins purchased from GetItX without prior written permission.
- Accounts found engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately.

- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
- GetItX is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of our platform.
- We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party streaming platforms.
- Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed order.
